StatusCap indicator

You know that situation when you have a drill, an intervention, or a regular equipment inspection? You have to stack and sort full and empty cylinders... but how do you quickly and clearly label them so that there are no mix-ups?

Introducing StatusCap – a protective cap with a built-in color indicator , designed specifically for firefighting operational use.
With a simple twist, you can set the indicator to green (full) or red (empty) and instantly know which cylinder is ready for use and which one needs to be filled.

StatusCap also provides reliable protection of the thread against impacts, dirt and damage. Its special feature is the built-in safety opening , which allows safe air release in the event of accidental opening of the cylinder. Since the plastic material cannot hold high pressure like a metal cap, this feature acts as an additional safety feature that protects the user and prevents material damage.

StatusCap evolved from a simple idea through more than 20 prototypes, numerous tests, and continuous improvements until we reached the final, robust, and reliable version - created for everyday firefighting use, where reliability counts.
